कोरोना महामारी ने सब का जीवन संतुलन बिगाड़ दिया है। और इस सब का सबसे जयदा असर हमारे नन्हें बच्चों के ऊपर पड़ा है। चाहे वो उनकी खाने की आदतें हो या घंटो टीवी और फोन चलाने की आदत और या फिर चिड़चिड़ा सवभाव हो। आजकल ये हर माता पिता की चिंता का विषय है। 

आज कल कोरोना और लॉकडोँन के कारन जहाँ एक तरफ बच्चों की सेहत का ध्यान रखना जरुरी है ,तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ उनके मानसिक और शारीरिक विकास का भी महत्त्व है।

These toxic fumes lead to a flu-like syndrome called polymer fume fever, commonly known as Teflon flu. 
They’re not only fatal to people, but they’re also terrible to pet birds, like parrots.
PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid), Another chemical compound found in Teflon cookware that has been related to various types of cancer including breast, prostate, and ovarian cancer.
Conclusion: Avoid any cookware containing Teflon, PFOA, PTFE, or traditional non-stick. these are toxic cookware.

conclusion: I avoid any cookware containing aluminum as there are many other alternatives. in my view it is not healthy cookware.

Like some other heavy metals, copper is very crucial for human health in small abundance. But an excessive amount of copper in the body can lead to heavy metal poisoning. And in glazed cookware  it’s, coating often contains nickel, which is another toxic element

If you want to upgrade what you presently use, compare the pros and cons of these options.

The Ancient Stories Behind The Holi Festival


 Holi is associated with the legend of King Hiranyakashipu.
According to Hindu Granth Bhagavata Purana, Hiranyakashipu asura  King who got a special Vandana that he could neither be killed by a man or an animal. he assumes himself as God and forces everybody to worship him.
The king's son, Prahlada, was devoted to Lord Vishnu. Hiranyakashipu was enraged and exposed his son to wicked punishments. Finally, Holika, the evil sister of the king, tricked him into sitting on a pyre with her. While Holika possesses power she was immune to fire, but since she had bad intentions due to which she lost her power and burned to ash.  on the other side, Prahlad was saved., so the ritual of  Holika bonfire on Holi begins, which marks the victory of good over evil.

Dandruff is a kind of skin condition that affects the scalp and result in inflamed, itchy scalp and white flakes of dead skin. dandruff is more common during winters.it is harmless and chronic .but some time result in more sewer condition known as seborrhoeic dermatitis
