While doing this pose, stand straight with keeping your feet distant from each other and hands straight parallel to the ground. Now bend on your left side and try to touch your left foot with your left hand. Keep this position for 10-20 seconds and then repeat with the other side. repeat this pose for 4-5times in beginning .after that you can increase the number of repetition

when you practice these poses your body looks like a boat. while doing this asana, lie down flat on the ground keeping your hands by your side. Now slowly lift your upper body and legs, so that your body forms a V shape. Keeping your hands straight, parallel to the ground. Remain in the position for 10-20 seconds. repeat this pose for a better result
